1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the PickleGo mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
PickleGo is a mobile application that allows users to track pickleball matches, record game scores, view player statistics, discover courts, and connect with other players. The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
4. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit through the App, including match data, scores, and player statistics ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant PickleGo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App.
You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content does not violate any applicable laws or the rights of any third party.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
- Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Upload or transmit viruses or other malicious code
- Use automated means to access or collect data from the App
6. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PickleGo and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The PickleGo name, logo, and PicklePete mascot are trademarks of PickleGo. You may not use these marks without prior written permission.
7. Third-Party Services
The App may integrate with third-party services, including mapping services and authentication providers. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. PickleGo is not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
8. Disclaimers
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. PickleGo does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
PickleGo is not responsible for the accuracy of match scores, player statistics, or court information entered by users or sourced from third-party services.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PickleGo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or other intangible losses arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
10. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings or by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately and we may delete your User Content in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
